1. About Us and These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of thecuteclothingcompany.com and any order you place with The Cute Clothing Company. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Our Products

We create personalised children's clothing, transforming a photo you upload into custom artwork printed onto garments. Product descriptions, images and sizing information are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour, print placement and fabric may occur between orders.

3. Photo Uploads and Personalisation Consent

When you upload a photo and personal details (such as a child's name), you confirm that:

  • You are the parent, guardian, or have explicit permission from the parent or guardian of any child pictured;
  • You have the right to share the photo and consent to it being used solely to create your personalised order;
  • You will not upload images that are offensive, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use.

4. Design Proofs and Approval

Before printing, we send a digital proof of your personalised design for your approval. Please check names, spelling and image cropping carefully. We will not print your order until you explicitly approve the artwork by replying to the proof email — nothing goes to print without your confirmation. If you'd like changes, just reply and tell us; revisions are free.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take full payment at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if an error affects your order.

6. Delivery

We offer FREE standard UK delivery on every order, with paid express and international options available at checkout. Full details, including estimated timeframes, are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order and personalised, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once production has started. You may cancel for a full refund only before you approve your design proof. Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are covered as set out in our Refund Policy. 8. Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, branding and content on this site belong to The Cute Clothing Company unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell or use our designs or content without our written permission. You retain ownership of any photos you upload; by uploading them you grant us a licence to use them solely to produce and fulfil your order.

9. Our Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
