Delivery ♡

Every item is designed and made to order especially for your little one, so here's exactly what happens after you order — and when it will arrive.

How your order works

1. Your design proof — within 24 hours. We email you your child's personalised design before anything is printed.
2. You approve it. Love it? You don't need to do a thing. Want changes? Revisions are free — just reply and tell us.
3. Printed and delivered — 3–5 working days after approval (UK). Once you're happy, we print your order in the UK and it's on its way.

UK delivery

• FREE standard UK delivery on every order — no minimum spend, ever. ♡
• Express delivery — £6.99, for when you need the magic a little faster.

International delivery

• Europe (EU): £14.99 standard delivery.
• Rest of world (including USA, Canada, Australia): £23.99 standard delivery.
• International orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days of dispatch. Customs processing in your country can occasionally add time, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

A note on timings

The 24-hour proof clock starts when we receive your order with a usable photo. If we need a clearer photo we'll email you straight away, and your timeline starts once we have it. Delivery estimates begin from your design approval, not from the order date — because nothing gets printed until you've said yes to the design. ♡
