How does the personalisation actually work?
You upload a favourite photo of your little one and tell us about their personality — what they love, their favourite colour, their dream theme. We transform them into their very own storybook-style character and print it on the garments you choose. It all happens in one place on our Create Your Magic page.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit JPG, PNG or WEBP where we can see their lovely face — a happy snap works beautifully. The clearer the photo, the better we can capture their personality in the design.
Can I get a matching set with the same design?
Yes — and it's the best way to shop with us! Choose 2 or more items on the Create Your Magic page and the same personalised artwork goes on every piece. You'll get 10% off the whole set automatically at checkout, and UK delivery is free on every order.
How long will my order take?
Every item is individually designed and made to order just for your child — real magic takes a little time! We email your design proof within 24 hours, and once you approve it your order is printed and with you in 3–5 working days (UK). Full details on our Delivery page.
What about returns on personalised items?
Because each piece is made especially for your little one, personalised items are a bit different from off-the-shelf clothing. All the details are on our Returns page — and if anything isn't right with your order, message us and we'll always do our best to sort it.
Who approves the designs?
Every design has to pass The Cute Test — our 8-year-old founder's official three-step inspection. You can meet the boss herself on our Meet Our Little Founder page. ♡
